As of April 1, 2011, anyone currently holding certification in It's Good Business Responsible Service and Safety Program will not need to be re-trained, however, those who do not have the certification and are seeking employment in a licensed premise will be required to have their Serving It Safe Responsible Service and Safety Program Certificate prior to starting work.
